She makes Bo Derek look like a 2.
Okay, that's actually just a line I suddenly felt like using, I would not be surprised if you know where it's from.
I never really felt Bo Derek, outside Bolero, and even then she was flat (personality wise.) Alessandra's no Wonder Woman, and I can't spell her name, but she's more my speed. Maybe a spunky/sassy sidekick?
Yes, actually I never was very into Bo Derek either, but that's a line Spider-man said (or something similar) when encountering Wondie in one of the Superman/Spidey crossovers - just one of those things that stuck in my head. I think Spidey went on to say something like "She's so perfect she makes my fillings ache."
Alessandra's definitely comparable to Debra Winger as the TV version of Wonder Girl...?
I LOVE her! But WW....she's not. The new WW isn't WW either.
I do like the new costume (yes! I'm that one guy on the planet u heard about)though.
I love the new comic costume & the David Kelly one is pretty close.
The only real problen to me is it looks to "plasticy."
Actually Anonymous, there are a lot of new costume defenders (like here,) and you folks make me want to drown kittens. But seriously, we agree that Alessandra Torresani is a cutie that shouldn't play Wonder Woman, and neither should the one they got. I watched some YouTube clips from Smallville and the failed Aquaman pilot after posting this, and it was a sad experience. I'm re-watching old Kelly Picket Fences episodes right now, and while I enjoy that show, my hopes are relatively nonexistent at this point.
