I haven't been reading the New 52 series, so I don't know if there's a new Cheetah yet. If I were to cast the Barbara Minerva version though, I figure Rhona Mitra's the best bet. She rocks a sweet English accent, she's fit, she's working her way up to cougar status, and she's proven that she can handle the physical demands of an action movie.

Not a bad choice, plus her English accent would be fine for Barbara Minerva. She was great in Nip Tuck.
And Pauley Paurette [from NCIS] could be Doctor Poison, perhaps.

The New 52 Cheetah debuted in JLA #13 & 14 (Dec 2013 & Jan 2013). She's Barbara, Priscilla, Deborah, and Sabrina Ballesteros (they're all false identities she's used over the years).
